Jake Decorates agrees to provide Christmas tree decorating and styling services as outlined in the approved quote sent to you. Services may include consultation, design, decoration supply or hire, installation, and pack-down.

You agree to the Payment Schedule outlined in the quote and invoice emailed to you.
No work will commence until your Secure Deposit has been received, and full payment is due as per the schedule provided, unless otherwise agreed to.
Due to the nature of this work, each tree is styled individually on-site to suit your space and vision. Because of this, we’re not always able to estimate exactly how long installation will take, and sometimes we need a little extra time to get everything just right. On average, tree installations take between 2 to 5 hours. Please ensure we have access during this time so we can complete your tree without interruption.
Please double-check that the tree size you’ve chosen fits through doors, stairwells, elevators, and around corners.
We do a basic clean-up after installation, removing packaging and giving the area a quick tidy. Due to the nature of decorating, we still recommend a full clean after installation and again after pack-down (if applicable).
Our design visuals are just a guide, like a mood board to show you the overall feel. Natural materials might look a little different in person and colours can vary, and things like texture or size may shift slightly. Screens also display colours differently, so expect some variation. If you change the design without checking in with us, we can’t guarantee the final look will work as planned. Please talk to us as soon as possible so we can help bring your vision to life.
Please use all hired items safely, for their intended purpose only, and in accordance with any applicable laws and guidelines. If a hired item is damaged, fails, or requires repair, you must notify Jake Decorates immediately.
Jake Decorates will make reasonable efforts to repair or replace the item. However, due to stock availability or seasonal limitations, any replacement may differ slightly in value or appearance.
You agree to have all hired items ready for collection as scheduled. Late returns or failure to return hired items may result in additional charges or replacement costs. Many of our hired products are pre-loved or vintage minor wear and tear is expected and does not qualify for a refund or replacement.
Ownership of purchased products transfers to you only once full payment has been received. All hired items remain the property of Jake Decorates.

The time indicated on the booking form below reflects the minimum time we’ll spend on-site. When using our booking system, the next available date will appear first. Other available dates are marked with a dot beneath the calendar number. You can use the arrows to scroll through additional dates.
If a tree takedown service has been included in your quote, our team will reach out to you directly to schedule the date.

This Service Agreement is governed by those Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to:

Jake Decorates reserves the right to refuse service or delay work until all payments are received and required documentation is completed.
